Shilpa Nene, founder and CEO of Rosha Medical Billing and Consulting, grew up in Tysons Corner, VA.  She completed her medical degree alongside her husband, and then took time off to be at home with her two small children.  Shilpa quickly realized the importance of medical billing services when her husband went into practice.  Billing companies charged a lot, but unfortunately, did not offer more than submitting claims and posting payments.  She knew she could create something better.
